Minister To Lam sent letter praising citizens for assistance in arresting murderer in Binh Dinh

General To Lam, Minister of Public Security, on April 9 sent a letter praising the citizens who supported the BinhDinh provincial police in arresting the culprit of a serious murder case in Binh Nghi commune, Tay Son district (Binh Dinh province) on February 2.
The citizens help the local police forces arrest a murderer in Binh Dinh.

In his letter, on behalf of the Public Security Central Party Committee and the Ministry of Public Security, Minister To Lam praised the brave action of Nguyen Van Anh, Pham Hung Cuong, Nguyen Huy Cuong and Nguyen Huu Tai, saying that they have set good examples of the movement "All people protecting national security", showing the great trust and strong support of the people to the People's Public Security Forces to successfully investigate specially serious cases as well as ensure political security and social order and safety.

Minister To Lam also asked the Binh Dinh Provincial Police Department to praise the four citizens for good deeds. At the same time, the provincial police should urgently handle the murder case in accordance with the laws.

* Earlier, on the afternoon of February 2, Tran Ngoc Hoang (born in 1980, in Hamlet 1, Binh Nghi commune) committed a murder in Binh Nghi commune and ran away. The Binh Dinh Provincial Investigation Police Agency then issued a special wanted notice for the murderer.

On the morning of April 6, when looking for honey in the local forest, Nguyen Van Anh (born in 1960), Nguyen Huu Tai (born in 1973), Pham Hung Cuong (born in 1981) and Nguyen Huy Cuong (born in 1980), all residing in Tay Xuan commune (Tay Son district), saw a man with his looks like the wanted criminal by the Tay Son district police. 

They approached and gave some food to him. When they decided that the man was the runaway criminal, they secretly report to the Tay Xuan communal police. The police then arrived and arrested Tran Ngoc Hoang, took him to the Tay Son District Police Station for further investigation.
