Major General Nguyen Duy Ngoc, Deputy Minister of Public Security led the high-ranking elegation of the Ministry of Public Security to visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum.

Major General Nguyen Duy Ngoc, Deputy Minister of Public Security on July 25 led a high-ranking delegation of the Ministry of Public Security to visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and pay tribute to Heroic Martyrs at the Monument to Heroic Martyrs on the occasion of the 73rd anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs' Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2020).

The delegation laid a wreath at the Monument of Heroic Martyrs in Bac Son street, Ba Dinh district, Hanoi in tribute to the heroic martyrs who bravely fought and sacrificed their lives for the cause of national liberation, independence,freedom, and for the happiness of the people.The wreath carried by the delegation has the phrase "Forever gratitude to the heroic martyrs".

After that, the delegation laid a wreath with the words “Forever gratitude to great President Ho Chi Minh” at the President Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum.
