Hoang Tri is a remote commune of Ba Be district with poor economic development. Along with the geological and economic difficulties, teachers and pupils of Hoang Tri School face a lot of hardship.
Learning this situation, the People Security Academy on October 27 held a charitable program to present meaningful gifts, worth 106 million VND, to local students in Hoang Tri commune.

Speaking at the event, Major General Nguyen Hong Hai, Deputy Director of the People’s Security Academy hoped the gifts would become a source of encouragement for the local students to overcome their difficulties in life.
