Public Security Arts Festival-Region 4 officially opens

The arts festival, themed “75 years of faith”, was hosted by the Dak Lak Provincial Police Department. It will take place from June 9-12 in Buon Ma Thuot city (Dak Lak province).

The festival saw the participation of more than 600 police officers and soldiers from the 17 public security art troupes of Kon Tum, Dak Nong, Dak Lak, Lam Dong, Gia Lai, Binh Phuoc, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Ninh Thuan, Phu Yen, Khanh Hoa, Binh Thuan, Binh Dinh, Thua Thien - Hue, Ho Chi Minh City the People's Security University and the People's Police University.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Thanh emphasized that, the arts festival was organized in celebration of the Party Congresses at all levels and the 13th National Party Congress as well as 130th President Ho Chi Minh’s birthday, the 75th anniversary of the National Independence Day, the 75th Traditional Day of the People’s Public Security Forces and the 15th “All people protecting national security” Festive Day.

The Deputy Minister hoped, typical and meaningful art performances praising the efforts and achievements of public security officers and soldiers in serving the people and protecting the national security will entertain the audience, and that the 11th Public Security Arts Festival of Region 4 will end up with success.
