Student of PSA wins first prize at National English Olympiad

The contest was organized by the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, and the National Union of Students of Vietnam in coordination with the Ministry of Education and Training and AMES English.
The 2nd Olympiad set a record in size with the participation of some 405,000 students from 3,200 universities, colleges, academies, high schools and other educational centers nationwide.
20 finalists of the contest competed in 4 rounds. Le Hong Dang, from class B11 D49 of the People’s Security Academy, excellently won the first prize worth 20 million VND as well as a Certificate of Merit from by the Youth Union and an English scholarship worth 15 million VND.
The organizers also presented 2 second and 2 third prizes to other outstanding contestants.
