Students of PSA to join Microsoft Office Special World Championship

The People’s Security Academy held a ceremony on June 8, to honor winners of the Microsoft Office National Championship 2017.
The ceremony saw the participation of Major General, Associate Professor, Doctor Do Ngoc Can, Deputy Director of the General Department of Politics; Lieutenant General, Professor, Doctor Nguyen Van Ngoc, Director of the People’s Security Academy; representatives of public security units, the Ministry of Education and Training.

At the ceremony, the organizing board presented 21 prizes including three 1st prizes; three 2nd prizes; three 3rd prizes; nine consolation prizes; three prospective prizes.
The three winners of this year’s contest are Do Tien Diep – winner of Microsoft Powerpoint event, student of the People’s Security Academy; Bui Manh Tu – winner of Microsoft Word event, student of Le Hong Phong high school, Nam Dinh; and Duong Quoc Trung – winner of Microsoft Excel event, student of Foreign Trade University in Ho Chi Minh city.
As representatives of Vietnam, these above winners will participate in the final round of the Microsoft Office Special World Championship 2017 in Ahaheim, California, USA, in July.
Celebrating the remarkable achievements of the participating team of the People's Security Academy, Senior Lieutenant General, Professor To Lam, Minister of Public Security has decided to award certificates of merit of the Public Security Ministry to them, hoping that they will always exert all-out effort to improve themselves.
