Thousands of students of PSA participated in unarmed regulation Competition
PSNews- In the build-up to the 42th Anniversary of the National Unification, the People’s Security Academy (PSA) held the Police Unarmed Regulations Contest for cadets of the 2016-2017 Academic Year.

Senior Colonel Le Ngoc An, Deputy Director of the PSA, Head of the organizing board, attended the event. Other representatives of various offices under the Academy were also present at the event.

"This an annual event aims to further promote and improve the effectiveness of the emulation movement in studying and training at the school of students, and to evaluate the quality and effectiveness of organization and maintenance of the training movement of the People’s Police Regulations, as well as of students' regulation self-drilling and observation,” said Senior Colonel Le Ngoc An.
Particularly, the contest of the 2016-2017 academic year was viewed as a specific activity echoing the campaign "Building on the People's Police manners of bravery, humanity, and devotedness to the people", launched by the Ministry of Public Security, contributing to building a revolutionary, elite and modern police force to meet the requirements of protecting national security and maintaining social order in the new situation.
This contest saw participation of 15 teams representing all students of different subjects of the school. The teams competed in two categories: marching practice, knowledge and practice of the force’s non-movement unarmed regulations.
Finally, the jury selected outstanding individuals and teams to present awards.
