Following the directions from the Public Security Central Party Committee and the Ministry of Public Security’s leaders, the Mobile Police High Command actively drew up plans for the training course in the academic year of 2019-2020 for all first-year cadets from the public security educational institutions.
The four-month training course has been run in an effective and comprehensive manner, reaching the set objectives and requirements.
During the course, the trainees tried their best to overcome various difficulties, promoted internal solidarity and self-discipline, trained hard and acquired sufficient knowledge and skills.
They are now ready to study their professional subjects at the public security educational institutions in the coming time. 50 cadets were awarded certificates of merit for their outstanding achievements in the physical training course of the 2019-20 academic year.

Speaking at the meeting, Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Thanh recognized and highly appreciated the efforts by the Mobile Police High Command during the course.
The Deputy Minister affirmed that sending first year cadets to the Mobile Police High Command’s units for basic physical training is a good policy of the Ministry of Public Security in the context that the education and training sector of the Public Security Forces is undergoing a fundamental and comprehensive reform.
The training also contributes significantly to strengthening the Public Security Forces and helps the cadets have good physical fitness and morale in fighting crimes and protecting the country in the future.
In addition, Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Thanh requested that the Education and Training Department under the Ministry of Public Security should closely coordinate with public security educational institutions to develop an appropriate and effective training curriculum for the following years.
Next, the Mobile Police High Command should further improve facilities, barracks and training grounds for trainees, contributing to enhancing the quality of the training course.
