Tuyen Quang police holds 12th Party Congress

In the term of 2015 - 2020, the Tuyen Quang provincial police Party organization advised the local Party committees and authorities to issue many important guidelines and solutions on ensuring local security and social order while directing the local police forces to take measures to maintain a stable security and political situation, contributing to socio-economic development of the province.

Additionally, the provincial police Party organization also effectively promoted the “All people protecting national security” posture in couple with the “All people protect the national security” movement. Meanwhile, the provincial police Party organization achieved positive results in Party and force building work.

Speaking at the meeting, Deputy Minister Le Quoc Hung asked the provincial police Party organization to effectively direct the provincial police to follow the guidelines, policies, laws of the Party and the State, directions of the Public Security Central Party Committee, the Ministry of Public Security, the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee and People's Committee in the coming time. They should pay due attention to building a strong Party organization and a professional, elite, and gradually modernized provincial police force.

Regarding the fight against crimes and the protection of social order and safety, Deputy Minister Le Quoc Hung requested the Tuyen Quang provincial police Party organization to work out plans and launch intensive campaigns against crimes of all kinds, especially organized crime, “black credit”, usury and illegal debt collection.

They should direct the provincial police to take drastic measures to eradicate all drug-related criminal rings in the province while strengthening State management over security and social order and mobilizing all people to surrender illegally stored weapons, explosives, and combat gears to authorities.

Further, the provincial police Party organization was asked to continue to effectively implement the movement “Studying and following President Ho Chi Minh’s thoughts, morals and lifestyle” in line with the emulation movement “For Homeland Security”, the movement “Public Security Forces studying and following Uncle Ho’s six teachings”.

They should consolidate the provincial police’s organizational apparatus for more effectiveness and efficiency with the focus on strengthening the professional communal police force.
