PSNews - The Ministry of Information and Communications recently held a launching ceremony of a webinar solution provided by CoMeet. Deputy Minister of Information and Communications Nguyen Thanh Hung attented the event.

Under the auspices of the Ministry of Information and Communications, an alliance of six Vietnamese technology companies (CMC TS, NetNam, iWay, Cyradar, FDS and DQN) on May 29 have introduced a virtual conference solution named CoMeet to meet rising demand amid the coronavirus outbreak.

Speaking at the launch Deputy Minister Nguyen Thanh Hung stated that the coronavirus is driving digital transformation, creating opportunities for local firms to come up with services that can compete with foreign solutions.

"The market for online conference solutions is expected to see strong growth in the time ahead as users have formed new learning and working habits. Vietnamese enterprises should capitalise on this opportunity", he said.

As report, CoMeet’s main features include organising virtual conferences with unlimited participants, sharing the screens of all participants under the administrator’s moderation as well as private chats and conference recordings.

The solution, which is secure with data encryption and participant control, is available on major platforms, including Windows, Mac, iOS and Android.
