Deputy Minister Nguyen Duy Ngoc visits Quang Tien Communal Police Post ahead of Tet

PSNews - At the meeting, the Deputy Minister was briefed on results of the task performance of the communal police force. He recognized and appreciated their achievements over the past time.

Lieutenant General Nguyen Duy Ngoc, Member of the Party Central Committee and Deputy Minister of Public Security, on February 9 visited Quang Tien communal police (Hoa Binh city, Hoa Binh province) and inspected their work of ensuring security and order on the occasion of the Lunar New Year (Tet) 2021.

At the meeting, the Deputy Minister was briefed on results of the task performance of the communal police force. He recognized and appreciated their achievements over the past time.

Deputy Minister Ngoc requested the Quang Tien communal police to actively grasp the local security situation, collect full residential data of local people. The communal police should also proactively take measures to detect and handle acts of illegally buying, selling, transporting, storing, and using weapons, explosives, and combat gears. 

They were urged to tighten their relationship with the local authorities and people as well as promote the “All people protect the national security” movement.

* On the same day, Deputy Minister Nguyen Duy Ngoc visited the Hanoi-based National Population Data Center and gave gifts from the Ministry of Public Security to officers and soldiers at the center on the occasion of the upcoming Tet festival.
