Minister To Lam sends gifts to orphans in Ha Giang

Under the authority of General To Lam, Minister of Public Security, Senior Colonel Phan Huy Ngoc, Director of the Ha Giang Provincial Police Department, on June 14 led a delegation to visit and present the minister’s gifts to 4 orphans in Ngam Sooc village, Mau Due commune, Yen Minh district.

The 4 orphans, aged from 9 to 14, are currently being cared for and raised at the Provincial Social Support Center. Their parents passed away a month earlier.
Senior Colonel Phan Huy Ngoc extended Minister To Lam’s regards to the children and handed the minister’s aid of 50 million Dong to the local authorities in support of the building of a house for the orphans. He also encouraged the children to love each other, overcome their difficulties and gain best academic results.
The local Party organizations and authorities thanked the Public Security Minister and the provincial police for their support and promised to take good care of the children.
