At the event, Senior Colonel Tran Ngoc Hanh, Director of the Can Tho Municipal Police Department emphasized that the movement “All people protecting National security” has contributed greatly to preventing, detecting and fighting crimes and social evils. Many effective models of the movement have been supported by the people and multiplied throughout the city.

The Can Tho Municipal Police in cooperation with relevant departments and branches has successfully built 255 excellent models in the fight against crime. The models have created positive changes in local security, safety and order and attracted the participation of a large number of people, contributing to raising people's awareness of prevention and fight against crimes, as well as boosting socio-economic development of the locality.
