Public Security Newspaper and donors help people in flood zones

QUANG BINH - "A stitch in time saves nine". The practical and prompt actions of Public Security Newspaper (PSN) and Mr. Bay's family have contributed to support people in affected localities.

Upon emergency direction of PSN's Editor in Chief, Major General Pham Van Mien on October 17 morning, local reporters in collaboration with PSN Charity Fund prepared and delivered hundreds of gift to people in flood zones of Quang Binh. 

The family of Mr. Vo Van Bay (HCMC) has donated VND $70 million, joining hands to settle damages.

Local reporter teams with public security forces of Bo Trach ward passed obstacles to arrive in Son Trach. The situation here is going to get worse. These gifts including vital food such as noodles, fish source, sugar, dry snacks will support daily life of people. 

Receiving gifts from PSN, citizens of Son Trach thanked us and expressed their delight. Mr. Tran Trong Ban, an old man said that he will never ever forget the support from PSN in such difficult situation. 

We believe that a stitch in time saves nine. Therefore, we vow to exert all-out efforts to help many more people in other flood zones.

As planned, PSN and Duy Loi company will deliver food, gifts to people in Ba Don, Tuyen Hoa, Minh Hoa, etc.
