The event saw various important figures, including Senior Lieutenant General Dang Van Hieu, Former Deputy Minister of Public Security, Lieutenant General Bui Van Thanh, Deputy Minister of Public Security, Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Le Khanh Hai.
The event was to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the establishment of the Political Work Department under the Ministry of Public Security (MPS) (May 8, 1967 - May 8, 2017), 35th anniversary of the Police Art Troupe (April 27, 1982 – April 27, 2017). Senior Colonel, People’s Artist, Head of the Police Art Troupe Tran Duc Loi was the principal director of the event. The night with 26 art and music performances was designed elaborately to praise the country’s beauty and contributions of the People’s Police to the nation.
