Training course on building movement "All people protecting national security" opens
PSNews – The Ministry of Public Security (MPS) kicked off a training course on the work of building of the movement "All people protecting national security" on November 14, in Ho Chi Minh City.

Present at the opening ceremony were Lieutenant General Tran Thi Ngoc Dep, Director of the Department of Building of the Movement "All people protecting national security" and representatives of other under-ministerial departments of MPS.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Lieutenant General Tran Thi Ngoc Dep stated that the training course was considered one of the practical activities with the aim of raising awareness and enhancing advisory capacity for officers and soldiers of local police units, contributing to effectively implementing the movement “All people protecting national security.”

She also emphasized that the course also created opportunities for the trainees to share experience and exchange skills in dealing with issues regarding mass mobilization.
The training course drew the participation of 155 trainees from local police units, who are responsible for building the movement “All people protecting national security” in localities.
During the training course, the trainees will be equipped with updated information about the movement “All people protecting national security”; the campaign “Police soldiers contributing to National Target Program in building new rural areas” as well as other mass mobilization programs.
Additionally, the trainees with support from the Ho Chi Minh Municipal Police will have field trips to a commune of the new rural model in Cu Chi district to conduct surveys, exchange with local police experience in maintaining security and order and make special subject reports to the course manager.
