Special art show themed “Resounding Victory”
PSNews-The Public Security Newspaper (CAND Newspaper) and Public Security Television (ANTV) co-held a special show themed “Resounding Victory” (Am vang chien cong) on August 18 in Au Co Art Center in celebration of the 72th anniversaries of the August Revolution, the National Day and the Traditional Day of the Public Security Forces.

The event was attended by Senior Lieutenant General To Lam, Member of Politburo, Minister of Public Security.
Also present at the event were Senior Lieutenant General Bui Van Nam and Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Son Deputy Ministers of Public Security, Mr. Bui The Duc, Deputy Director of the Central Commission for Education and Communications, Mr. Ho Quang Loi, Deputy Chairman of the Vietnam Journalists’ Association, and leaders of units under the MPS.

“Am vang chien cong” was a special art show to praise the nation’s victories in the August Revolution, the great deeds of the Party and Uncle Ho as well as an important contribution of the Public Security Forces to the revolution,” said Major General Pham Van Mien, Editor-in-Chief of the CAND Newspaper.
“With typical revolutionary songs, the show gave its audiences a chance to review the 72 years of foundation and development of the Public Security Forces, honoring the image of the brave and intelligent public security officers wholeheartedly dedicated to the peaceful life and happiness of the people. The show also heightened the revolutionary qualities and glorious traditions of the Public Security Forces and the movement “All people protecting national security”, so as to build clean and strong Public Security Forces, making a worthy contribution to national construction and defense,” said Major General Mien.

The organizers of the show also presented gifts to outstanding officers who had made great contributions to the force building, prevention and combat of crimes, and the movement “All people protecting national security.”
On behalf of the organizing board, Major General Mien expressed his thanks to former leaders and incumbents of the MPS, distinguished guests and audiences for their strong support for the event.
Various famous artists, including Trong Tan, Lan Anh, Tan Nhan and Dang Duong, delivered 15 great performances during the show.
