With the theme “Creating new dynamism, fostering a common future”, the film week will take place from October 11-16 in Hanoi and from October 12-16 in Da Nang. The 11 to-be-screened films have been selected from entries sent by APEC members, showing the cultural identity and the beauty of nature and people of the countries.
There are two documentary films including “Toi van o day” (I’m still here) of Peru and “Ky quan am thuc Tsukiji” (Tsukigi – a culinary wonder) of Japan.
The Vietnamese film “My nhan” (The Beautiful Woman) by director Dinh Thai Thuy will be shown on the first day to raise the curtain of the APEC Film Week 2017 in both Hanoi and Da Nang city.
