12 famous chefs around the world compete at Hoi An

PSNews - The 3rd Hoi An International Food Festival runs from March 11 to 13 at Tuong An Hoi garden, Hoi An city, Quang Nam province with the participation of 12 famous chefs around the world.
The chefs are members of the World Association of Chefs' Societies (WACS) and from Germany, Sweden, Russia, Portugal, Greece, the US, Malaysia, India and Vietnam.

Through the program, 12 chefs will cook many delicious dishes from available ingredients in Hoi An.
Especially, each night, the WACS Chairman will choose one chef to cook and demonstrate a typical dish at the "Big dish" area.
Besides, there will also be street art shows and culinary carnivals performed by foreign bands to serve visitors.
The festival is an opportunity to promote the image of the culture and tourism of Hoi An to both domestic and foreign visitors, an offers opportunities for local chefs to gain experience from leading global food experts.
