Italian Ambassador of Design visits Vietnam

Italian Ambassador to Vietnam Cecillia Piccioni and First Secretary of the Italian Embassy Nicolo Costantini also attended the press conference.
Based on an initiative of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, the "Italian Design Day" will be held in 100 cities with the aims of marking the birth of "Made in Italy" brands.

According to Ambassador Cecilia Piccioni, choosing Hanoi as one of the host cities has showed that the Vietnam-Italy strategic partnership and cooperation have been developing beyond the fields of trade, culture and society, over the past years.
Additionally, Italian Ambassador of Design Barbara Trebitsch said that the "Italian Design Day" is a good opportunity for Vietnamese and Italian designers to exchange experiences, contributing to honoring cultural values in general and the design industry in particular.
"The exhibition 50+” and the workshop between the Italian Ambassador of Design and top Vietnamese fashion designers, such as Minh Hanh, Hoang Hai, and Viet Hung, will be held on March 2nd at Casa Italia, 14 Le Phung Hieu street, Hanoi.
