My Linh and Tieu Vy named Ambassadors of Miss World Vietnam 2019
PSNews – The organizing board of Miss World Vietnam 2019 on January 15 announced that My Linh and Tieu Vy have been named as Ambassadors of this pageant competition. They will both accompany contestants in main rounds.

Miss Vietnam 2016 Do My Linh and Miss Vietnam 2018 Tran Tieu Vy have both been chosen to be Ambassadors of the first Miss World Vietnam 2019.
As representative of Vietnam participating in Miss World 2017, My Linh was named among the Top 40 and came first in the Beauty with a Purpose segment. In 2018, Tieu Vy with positive spirit was listed in the Top 5 of the Beauty with a Purpose segment and finished in the Top 30 overall.

The Miss World Vietnam beauty pageant will be held for the first time in Vietnam during 2019 with the aim of choosing a representative to compete for the country at the Miss World pageant.
Miss World Vietnam will help to promote domestic beauty pageants with the hope that the profile of the Vietnamese beauties is raised at the international competitions.
As planned, the final round for the southern and northern will be held respectively during March and April . The national final round will take place in Da Nang during May.
Winners of the beauty contest will have plenty of time in order to prepare for other international beauty pageants which are often held during the months of October and November annually.
