Colour of Spring programme features culture of Vietnam’s ethnic group
A programme entitled Color of Spring across the Motherland’s Regions will take place in Hanoi from February 12 to 13, featuring the culture ethnic minority groups throughout the country.
According to the organizers, the annual event will include an opening ceremony. After that, the participants will extend their New Year greetings, plant trees and form a large circle representing the unity of ethnic groups.
The typical features and traditional atmosphere of the Lunar New Year will also be introduced to visitors at the two-day festival, helping to increase the appeal of the village.
Within the framework of the festival, artists from ethnic communities residing in the village will perform art shows praising Uncle Ho and his love for the country, among others.
The festival aims to promote solidarity and mutual support of all ethnic groups, while introducing their traditional festivals and cultures to visitors.
