PSNews - A festival commemorating the legendary Hung Kings’ teaching of rice cultivation to people was held in Minh Nong ward of Viet Tri city in the northern midland province of Phu Tho on February 5 (the 15th day of the first lunar month).

They taught the people to grow wet rice and chose Nghia Linh Mountain, the highest in the region, to perform rituals devoted to Rice and Sun Genies to pray for lush crops.
