Quang Nam International Food Festival 2023 to kick off in August

The festival aims to is to preserve and promote the values of culture, cuisine, and tourism of Quang Nam province in order to develop cultural and culinary brands, while simultaneously elevating the image of the locality as a unique and attractive destination for domestic and international tourists.

It also aims to stimulate tourism demand and making significant contributions to the tourism industry’s recovery, as well as the locality’s socio-economic development.

A wide rang of activities, including an exhibition showcasing One Commune One Product (OCOP) products from various localities and food stalls offering locality’s traditional food to visitors, will be held during the festival.

There will also be a space to introduce cultural and tourism products, as well as traditional craft villages’ handcrafts at the event.

One of the festival's highlights will be the participation of 26 renowned artisans and culinary experts from across the country. They will present impressive demonstrations of 26 typical traditional dishes from Quang Nam.

Moreover, a famtrip programme will be conducted to help visitors to explore the central province’s unique cuisine and introduce ecotourism sites in the locality.
