CAND Newspaper and Miss Dang Thu Thao support storm-hit victims
PSNews – The social and charitable delegation of the Public Security (CAND) Newspaper, Miss Ocean Vietnam 2014 Dang Thu Thao and several kind donors visited and supported storm-hit victims in Khanh Hoa and Phu Yen provinces.

Mr. Do Van Thang, Chairman of People’s Committee of Xuan Son commune (Van Ninh, Khanh Hoa), said that the commune is home to 1,091 households with 4,800 residents. Storm No.12 damaged 883 houses, including 41 completely collapsed ones ; and 1,050 hectares of various crops.
“The local authorities and people have been struggling to overcome all consequences of the storm,” said Thang.
In addition to 135 gift packs offered to needy families, which include 10 kg of rice, a box of instant noodle and 5 litres of mineral water, the charitable delegation also donated VND 10 million to 10 families in a specially difficult state.
The delegation also visited and supported victims of the storm in Hoa Hiep Bac commune, Dong Hoa district, Phu Yen.
