Meanwhile, an FDI company is planning to give a bonus of 550,000 VND (the lowest figure at this point according to reports) to each employee on the upcoming Tet holiday. The average per-head bonus for the 2017 Tet at FDI companies is 3.8 million VND, up by 1 percent from last year.
At private companies, join-ventures and joint-stock companies without state shares, the bonus is 3.7 million / person on average, to the same as last year. In these sectors, the highest bonus is 30 million VND/ person.
The highest bonus for this Tet holiday in the State-run sector is 30 million VND while the lowest is 500.000 VND, up by 1.3% from last year.
At joint-stock companies with state shares, the highest bonus is 27.5 million VND while the lowest is also 500.000 VND.
