National motor racing champs heats up Can Tho

• Off-road race begins in Ha Giang’s Dong Van Karst

This year’s tourney gathered 56 best racers of 31 domestic motor racing clubs from Bac Lieu, Ho Chi Minh City, Ben Tre, Binh Duong, Hau Giang, Kien Giang, Tra Vinh and Can Tho City.

Among the 56 racers, 24 racers competed in the professional category of 2-stroke YAZ 125cc engine motorcycles.

32 racers competed in the semi-professional category of 4-stroke Exciter 150cc engine motorcycles.

8 racers who had won the first 4 positions in the professional and semi-professional categories at the national motor racing championship held on April 30 were also participated in this tourney.

At the closing ceremony, the organizers presented the first prize of the professional category to racer Doan Truong Loi from the Phuc Barcelona Club, Binh Duong Province. The second and third prizes went to Pham Duy Tan and Dang Tuan Anh respectively from the Mit Tra Cu Club, Tra vinh Province.

The first and second prizes of the semi-professional category respectively went to Nguyen Tuan Anh and Le Hung Huu Tin from the Phuc Dem Mau Hong Club, Binh Duong Province, while the third prize was awarded to racer Le Trong Vinh from the A Sang Club, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City.
