Spring Newspaper Festival opens in Hanoi
PSNews-The 2017 Spring Newspaper Festival has been officially opened at the Hanoi Friendship Cultural Palace with the participation of Central and Hanoi press and media agencies with over 20 booths.

Mr. Ho Quang Loi, Standing Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Journalists’ Association attended the event.
This year’s event has marked the 12th annual festival by the press community and is a practical activity to promote connection between the press and media, and readers and viewers. It also provides a good opportunity for the pres and media to listen to the public opinion, helping innovate their products and improve the quality of their publications, contributing to keeping the press and media as a reliable and helpful friend of the public.

Addressing the event, Mr. To Quang Phan, Chairman of the Hanoi Journalists’ Association highlighted the importance of the festival as a political and cultural event of the press community in Hanoi to welcome the lunar New Year.
At the opening ceremony of the festival, the Hanoi Journalists’ Association presented the 2016 Hanoi’s Ngo Tat To Press Award to various individuals and organizations for their outstanding lunar New Year press and media products.
