Communal officials suspended from office for neglecting COVID prevention and control
Chairman and Vice Chairman of the People’s Committee of Ea Nam commune, Ea H’leo district, Dak Lak, namely Nguyen Van Nhiem, and Kpa Y Chuc were suspended from office, released by the Ea H’leo District People’s Committee.
According to a decision made by the Chairman of the People’s Committee of the district, the two men were suspended from office due to their irresponsibility and weakness in leading and conducting pandemic prevention and control work in the locality.
So Directive No. 15 of the Prime Minister was not seriously implemented in the commune, which led to a rapid increase in the number of COVID-19 infections.
During the 15-day suspension of the two officials, starting from September 1, Vice Chairman of the People’s Committee of the commune Nguyen Van Tien took over the post of Chairman of the Ea Nam Communal Committee.
