Over the past 70 years of bilateral diplomatic ties, Vietnam and Hungary have restlessly strengthened cooperation in many fields, including education and training.

In fact, many educational cooperation deals between the two countries have been signed.

The Hungarian government has offered 200 scholarships per year to Vietnamese students since 2017.

At present, 479 Vietnamese students are being trained at various levels in Hungary. Additionally, 100 Vietnamese officials from state-owned higher education institutions study in Hungary under a exchange of education staff between the two countries.
