Coach Mai Duc Chung shared that: “Vietnamese women's football team and I are very happy and touched by the warm welcome of the home fans”.

Midfielder Tran Thi Thuy Nga is warmly welcomed by fans. She suffered an injury in the final match.

The team will have a few days to visit their families before gathering for a trip to Europe for training in early June, in preparation for the World Cup.
