NA Deputy Chairwoman and Minister of Public Security visit Hung Yen
PSNews – Ms. Tong Thi Phong, Member of the Politburo and Deputy Chairwoman of the National Assembly; and Senior Lieutenant General To Lam, Member of the Politburo, Minister of Public Security on March 7 visited and worked with authorities of Hung Yen.

At the meeting, Mr. Do Tien Sy, Secretary of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee briefed the NA Deputy Chairwoman and Minister of Public Security on the province’s economic development and social security in 2017, and the plans for economic development in the coming years.
NA Deputy Chairwoman Tong Thi Phong expressed her delight at the development achievements gained by the province of Hung Yen in the past time. She also urged the provincial authorities to promote innovation and effectively exploit its potentials to achieve the socio-economic development targets in 2018 and the following years.

Regarding questions raised by provincial officials at the meeting, Ms. Tong Thi Phong promised to pass them to the NA, relevant ministries and agencies for further consideration and soon resettlement.
