Upholding the teachings of the founder, President Ho Chi Minh, the Party has constantly raised the banner to fight for socialism, maintain its leadership and social orientation, show the whole world the fairness of Leninism and the preeminence of the Socialist ideology.
Under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Ziuganov wrote the country has recorded marked achievements in industry, agriculture, national defense, science, culture, education, health care, while people’s lives have been improved significantly. Vietnam has emerged as one of the most dynamically developing economies in the world and elevated its high reputation in the international arena.
Ziuganov affirmed that the Communist Party of the Russian Federation and the Communist Party of Vietnam have established a fraternal friendship for decades and have fought together for the common goal that is Socialism.
The Communist Party of the Russian Federation is proud of this friendship and is always ready to cooperate with the Communist Party of Vietnam to overcome any hardship, he said, wishing the 13th Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam a great success.
