Deputy Prime Minister Tran Luu Quang attends “All People Protect National Security” Festival in Dak Lak

The Steering Committee for Controlling Crimes and Social Evils and Building the movement “All People Protect National Security” of An Lac ward, Buon Ho town, Dak Lak province organized the 2023 “All People Protect National Security” Festival on August 14, 2023.

An Lac ward, which has more than 11,500 residents, is consideredas a highlight in the movement of “All People Protect National Security” in Dak Lak province.

Over the years, the local authority and police force have mobilized the entire local political system and implemented many synchronous measures to promote the movement “All People Protect National Security” among people.

Particularly, several models of ensuring security and social order have beenestablished, including “Security Surveillance Camera” model, “Fire Safety Residential Area” model and “No Firecracker Ward” model, drawing the participation of many residents.

An Lac ward has also beenone of the first localities in the province, which has finished the issuance of chip-based ID cards for all eligible residents, contributing to the successful implementation of the Government's Project 06 in the province.

Since 2019, the ward has witnessed a stable security and social order situation. Criminal cases has decreased sharply compared to previous years,andno serious traffic accidents, fires orexplosions hadoccurred in recent times, making significant contributions to local socio-economic development.

At the festival, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Luu Quang, Deputy Minister of Public Security Le Quoc Hung, Dak Lak province leaders and leaders of the Provincial Police Department presented gifts to An Lac ward as well as village elders, prestigious people, religious dignitaries, poor local households and those who had made outstanding achievement in the movement “All People Protect National Security” over the past 5 years.
