National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue visits police forces in Lao Cai
National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue, leading a high-ranking delegation, visited and presented Tet gifts to officers and soldiers of the Lao Cai Provincial Police Department, on the afternoon of January 15, 2023.
The National Assembly Chairman applauded the Lao Cai provincial police for their efforts to overcome difficulties and successfully complete the assigned tasks, making important contributions to the province’s socio-economic development.
The chairman stressed that the Public Security Forces are actively and effectively implementing Resolution No. 12 issued on March 16, 2022, by the Politburo on promoting the building of truly clean, strong, regular, elite and modern People's Public Security Forces to meet the mission requirements in the new situation.
The police force of Lao Cai province should continue to successfully carry out the task of ensuring security and order, building Lao Cai province into a safe, secure and friendly locality, serving local socio-economic development and external affairs.
The provincial police should effectively handle complex security issues while closely coordinating with other forces and local competent agencies, especially local military units and neighboring localities, in performing the tasks of safeguarding national security, ensuring border security, religious security, economic security, cyber security, as well as strengtheing relations and cooperation with localities of China.
The National Assembly Chairman expressed his belief that officers and soldiers of the Lao Cai police force will constantly promote tradition, maintain internal solidarity, be brave in fighting, and excellently complete all assigned tasks.
