Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh also suggested that the force should improve the effectiveness of foreign affairs and international cooperation, especially cooperation with police agencies of other countries and international police organizations on crime prevention and control so as to create a combined, continuous, proactive front against crime at an early stage and from afar.
Police should always be closely attached to the people, respect the people, listen to the opinions and aspirations of the people, and wholeheartedly serve the people, put itself under the people's supervision so that the people can really enjoy the fruits of the work of ensuring security and order, the cause of renovation and international integration.
The force should continue to prioritize resources in a reasonable, effective and focused manner to build a really clean, strong, regular, elite, modern People's Police Force in the current situation with a corps of police officers with firm political stance, excellent professional expertise, good knowledge of laws, advanced technology and foreign languages.
