On August 28, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh’s spouse Le Thi Bich Tran and Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong’s spouse Ha Tinh visited the Vun Art Cooperative in Van Phuc Silk Village in Hanoi’s Ha Dong District.

Van Art Cooperative was established with the desire to help people with disabilities have stable jobs, generate income by their own creativity.
