Deputy Minister Le Van Tuyen works with Department for National Security Protection Movement
PSNews - Deputy Minister of Public Security Lieutenant General Le Van Tuyen had a working session with the Department for National Security Protection Movement to review its task performance in recent times, on the morning of February 13th, in Hanoi.

Delivering a report at the working session, Director of the Department of National Security Protection Movement Major General Trang A Tua released that the Department for National Security Protection Movement actively advised the Ministry of Public Security’s (MPS) leadership to issue key documents related to the building of the “All people protecting national security” movement and mass mobilization work of the Public Security Forces.
Notably, the department effectively implemented the Law on Forces Participating in the Protection of Security and Order at the Grassroots Levels, and advised on the nationwide launch of the force on July 1st, 2024.

Addressing the meeting, on behalf of the Public Security Central Party Committee and MPS leaders, Deputy Minister Le Van Tuyen hailed the outstanding achievements of the Department for National Security Protection Movement over the past time.
Regarding the key tasks for 2025 of the Department for National Security Protection Movement, Deputy Minister Le Van Tuyen requested that the department actively advise the MPS leadership on building the "All People Protecting National Security" movement in a practical, effective and extensive manner, which needs to be attached to major activities of the Party Central Committee and the entire political system.
The Deputy Minister urged the department to carefully review and evaluate current models of the "All People Protecting National Security" movement with the aim of improving the quality of the movement.

The department was also requested to foster and multiply creative models of the "All People Protecting National Security" movement while enhancing the quality and effectiveness of the mass mobilization work of the Public Security Forces.
Finally, the Deputy Minister asked the department to regularly review, inspect, evaluate and replicate the "Ward Police Station Model of Security and Urban Civilization" while studying the development of the “Communal Police Station Role Model” initiative.
