400 teachers and students of PSC 1 participate in blood donation

The People’s Security College 1 on December 28 coordinated with the National Institute of Haematology and Blood Transfusion and 198 Hospital under the Ministry of Public Security, to organize a blood donation program.

The blood donation day drew the participation of some 400 officers, teachers and students of the college.
All collected blood will be used for medical emergency and treatment for patients at hospitals in Hanoi and neighboring provinces as well as added to the safe and high-quality blood bank of the 198 Hospital, given a shortage of blood for medical purpose during the Traditional New Year 2020.
The blood donation day contributed to raising the school’s teachers and students’ awareness of the importance of blood donation.
