Bac Ninh Police roll out working plans for 2021

PSNews – The Bac Ninh Provincial Police Department held a meeting on December 25 to review the local police’s performance of tasks in 2020 and roll out new plans for 2021.

Lieutenant Nguyen Van Son, Deputy Minister of Public Security attended the event. The conference also saw leaders of Bac Ninh province and units under the Ministry of Public Security.

According to reports delivered by the Bac Ninh Provincial Police Department’s leaders, in 2020, the unit overcome difficulties and fulfilled all assigned tasks.  The unit also made a big success in the fight against crimes, law violations. Thus, the number of criminal cases in the province saw a fall of 5.6 percent from last year.

Speaking at the event, Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Son acknowledged and appreciated the achievements gained by the Bac Ninh Provincial Police in 2020.

Regarding working plans for 2021, Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Son urged subunits under the Bac Ninh Provincial Police Department to build detailed working plans to ensure security and order during the upcoming 13th National Party Congress and the general elections of deputies to the 15th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2021-2026 term.

He asked the local police force to strengthen the fight against crimes, contributing to socio-economic development in the province. The unit should also continue focus on Party work and force building.

At the event, under the authority of the State President, Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Son awarded the third-class Feat of Arms Medal to the Criminal Police Division under the Bac Ninh Provincial Police Department.
