Ben Tre Police returns lost property to foreign tourists

PSNews–The Ben Tre Provincial Police on January 10 returned lost property to two German tourists, who had been robbed in Phu Nhuan commune, Ben Tre city.

Earlier on January 4, while the two German tourists, Lars Graf (33) and Macro Cerchia (34), were bicycling on the provincial road 885 (in hamlet 3, Phu Nhuan commune), a man snatched their bag from behind. The bag contained a cannon camera and a camera lens.
Receiving the information about the case, the Ben Tre Provincial Police conducted an investigation, took special measures and promptly recognized the suspect. The local police then arrested the suspect, named Nguyen Ut Het (26, local resident).
At the meeting to receive their lost property from the local police, the two German tourists expressed their sincere thanks and spoke highly of the provincial police for their excellent expertise as they found and returned the lost property to them in such a short time.
