Book exhibition "70 years of Public Security Forces’ studying and following Uncle Ho's Six Teachings" to open in Hanoi

PSNews - The Ministry of Public Security organize a book exhibition from March 6 to 9 at its headquarters and launch the movement "Reading and following the great example of Uncle Ho."

The book exhibition themed "70 years of the Public Security Forces’ studying and following Uncle Ho's Six Teachings" display over 4,000 books from the Public Security Library, the People's Army Library, the Archives Center and Library of the Public Security Academy, Library of the People's Police Academy, Library of the People's Police College 1, Library of Public Security College 1, People's Police 6’s Library and the Public Security Publications.

Besides, the organizers will also showcase excellent articles winning the writing contest "Ho Chi Minh's thought on the Public Security Forces on the occasion of 70 years of the Public Security Forces’ studying and following Uncle Ho's Six Teachings" (March 11th 1948-2018).

According to the Department of Political Work under the General Department of Politics - the organizers of the book exhibition, the books on display are publications about Uncle Ho with the public security forces, publications related to the movements of the public security forces’ studying and following Uncle Ho's Six Teachings, history of the Vietnam People’s Public Security Force, the Party building and political work in the public security forces, and the Public Security Forces and the People's Army in building and protecting the Fatherland.

Scientific research projects and research theses on national security protection, social order and safety, and the work of force building, public security logistics and techniques will also be on display.

On this occasion, the book exhibition will introduce a book entitled "Vietnam Public Security Forces following Ho Chi Minh’s written work on the qualities of the revolutionary public security officers" written by Senior Lieutenant General, Prof. Dr. To Lam, member of the Politburo, Minister of Public Security.
