According to Major Colonel Phan Thi Nhu Thao, Deputy Head of the Division of Administrative Management of Social Order, following the direction of the Directorate of the Dak Nong Provincial Police Department, thanks to the creativity and the high sense of responsibility of local police officers and soldier, the implementation of the two key projects on national population database and chip-based ID cards (e-ID card) in Dak Nong has achieved many fruitful results.
In order to improve the efficiency of the ID card issuance and create the most favorable conditions for people to apply for e-ID cards, Dak Nong police teams drive function cars with machinery and equipment to communes, especially remote and mountainous ones, to grant e-ID cards for local people.
During the working trip, the local police also provide people with information about the upcoming elections and anti-COVID-19 pandemic regulations.
Major Phan Thi Nhu Thao said that the combine program was first implemented in Dak R’mang Commune and was highly appreciated by the local authority and people.
In the coming time, the Dak Nong Police will continue to coordinate with the police of other districts to carry out the program in other localities of the province.
