Department of Party and Political Work reviews performance of tasks

Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Thanh, Member of the Party Central Committee and Deputy Minister of Public Security, attended and delivered a keynote speech at the event.

Major General Nguyen Ngoc Toan, Director of the Department of Party and Political Work, chaired the conference and briefed participants in the event on major outcomes of the 76th National Public Security Conference.

Speaking at the event, Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Thanh applauded the efforts and achievements of the department in 2020.

Deputy Minister Thanh also asked the department to advise the Public Security Central Party Committee and leadership of the ministry on issues regarding Party and political work.

The department should seriously implement the directions of the Prime Minister and the instructions of the Minister of Public Security at the 76th National Public Security Conference. It should take measures to promote emulation movements.

On this occasion, under the authority of Party and State leaders, Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Thanh presented the Excellent Emulation Flag from the Prime Minister and the Emulation Flag from the MPS respectively to the Party Work Division and the Emulation and Commendation Division under Department of Party and Political Work. Several officers and subunits of the department with outstanding achievements were also honored.
