Department of Professional Techniques holds first Party Congress

According to reports at the event, under the direction of the Public Security Central Party Committee, the leadership of the Ministry of Public Security, the Party organization of the Department successfully fulfilled all given political tasks in the previous term. 

Speaking at the event, Deputy Minister Bui Van Nam recognized and praised the efforts and achievements of the Party organization over the past years. 

He also asked the Department’s Party organization to thoroughly grasp the instructions, resolutions and policies of the Party Central Committee, the Public Security Central Party Committee on safeguarding national security, social order and safety and building the Public Security Forces.

Additionally, it should well implement the force building, effectively post officers to working positions with the aim of building an elite, regular and modern professional techniques force, meeting the requirements of the tasks of safeguarding national security and social order and safety.

At the congress, the delegates elected a Party Executive Committee of the Department’s Party organization for the term of 2020 - 2025 and a delegation to attend the Public Security Party Congress for the term of 2020 - 2025.
