Deputy Minister Bui Van Nam works with APEC 2017 Security and Order Subcommittee

PSNews – Senior Lieutenant General Bui Van Nam, Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Minister of Public Security on October 12 had a working session with the APEC 2017 Security and Order Subcommittee.

At the working session, representatives of the APEC 2017 Security and Order Subcommittee briefed the Deputy Minister of Public Security on the progress of implementing the assigned tasks.

Deputy Minister Bui Van Nam praised and highly valued the efforts of the APEC Security and Order Subcommittee.

He then asked all involved units to actively and successfully realize the instructions of the Ministry of Public Security while always grasping the situation and effectively handling all information related to the security and order of the APEC Summit Week 2017 and reporting arising developments of the situation to the subcommittee’s leaders.

In addition, he asked the subcommittee to establish a mechanism for information exchange among involved units from the central level to local; and to regularly inspect the operation of the command center of the Ministry of Public Security in Da Nang city.
