Deputy Minister Le Quoc Hung works with Hai Phong police

Major General Le Quoc Hung, Deputy Minister of Public Security, leading a delegation of the Ministry of Public Security (MPS), visited and worked with the Hai Phong Municipal Police Department on November 24.

According to reports from the local police leaders, the Northern port city’s police forces have launched various campaigns to crack down on crimes. As a result, the rate of criminal offences declined by 2.1% while the rate of the successfully investigated criminal cases was high.
They also gained achievements in administrative management of social order, fire prevention and fighting, and criminal judgment execution and judicial assistance.

Speaking at the event, Deputy Minister Le Quoc Hung appreciated the efforts and achievements made by the city police forces in 2020.
He expressed his hope that the police of Hai Phong would fulfill all given tasks, making contribution to socio-economic development and security and order in the city.
