Deputy Minister Le Quy Vuong answers queries at regular citizen reception
The meeting was joined by leaders of the Inspectorate of the MPS.
At the meeting, participating citizens presented their complaints and denunciations to the Deputy Minister and relevant agencies, as well as handed enclosed documents and evidence to responsible agencies of the MPS.
After listening to citizens, Deputy Minister Le Quy Vuong answered the questions related to the responsibilities of the MPS. He also asked the Inspectorate of the MPS to assign relevant agencies of the MPS to soon resolve the complaints of citizens.
Regarding the complaints and denunciations that are out of the responsibilities of the MPS, Deputy Minister Le Quy Vuong explained to citizens about their rights and obligations when sending their complaints and denunciations to competent agencies, and requested the Inspectorate of the MPS to instruct citizens to send their denunciations to the right ministries and agencies.
After a citizen reception, the MPS’s leaders always order relevant units of the MPS to solve the complaints and denunciations of citizens in a quick, objective, democratic and transparent manner and in accordance with the laws, with the aim of creating favorable conditions for citizens to exercise their rights to complaints and denunciations in accordance with the laws.
