At the meeting, on behalf of the Vietnamese MPS, Deputy Minister Le Tan Toi congratulated Mr. Wang Benon on his new post as Chief Representative of the Chinese MPS in Vietnam. The host believes that in his new position, Chief Representative Wang Benwill made an important contribution to the development of cooperation relations between Vietnam and China in general, and between the two ministries in particular.
Particularly, the Vietnamese Deputy Minister expressed hope that the Chinese MPS representative will actively exchange and share information with the Vietnamese side , contributing to protecting national security of the two countries, fighting crimes and law violations in each country, and safeguarding high-ranking visits of one country to the other.Deputy Minister Le Tan Toi also thanked Mr. Zhao Wanping, former Chief Representative of the Chinese MPS, for his contributions to promoting the cooperation between the two sides in his six-year term in Vietnam. The Vietnamese MPS leader wished that, in his new working position, he will serve as a bridge connecting the two parties, two nations, and two ministries.

Mr. Zhao Wanping and Mr. Wang Ben thanked the Deputy Minister for his warm welcome. They expressed delight at the good cooperation between China and Vietnam over the past time and hoped that the bilateral relationship will achieve fruitful results in all fields of cooperation in the coming time.
Mr. Wang Ben affirmed that, as Chief Representative of the Chinese MPS in Vietnam, he will make efforts to strengthen the friendship and cooperation between the two parties, the two nations, and the two ministries in the time to come.
