Speaking at the meeting, Deputy Minister Luong Tam Quang thanked Mr. Christopher Klein and the US Embassy in Vietnam for their contributions to strengthening the Vietnam-US Comprehensive Partnership as well as the cooperation between the MPS of Vietnam and their US counterpart agencies over the past time.
Deputy Minister Luong Tam Quang affirmed that the MPS will boost cooperation with their US partners at both strategic and sectorial levels.
The MPS is willing to coordinate closely with the US Embassy in Vietnam for mutual interests of the two countries, contributing to strengthening mutual trust and bilateral relations.
Sincerely thanking Deputy Minister Luong Tam Quang for his warm reception, Mr. Christopher Klein expressed his hope that the relationship between the United States and Vietnam will further develop.
He also believed that the cooperation between relevant US agencies and the MPS of Vietnam will continue to be expanded, contributing to strengthening relations between the two countries. .
